The bench type PCB router machine is an equipment that uses milling cutter to separate tab PCB boards according to the pre edited path. The benchtop PCB depaneling router replaces the cutting defects of manual breaking, V-cut or punching, improves product quality and reduces scrap rate. The machine adopts the PLC controlling system, concise and humanized interface design, automatic cutting path correction system.


Our floor type of milling cutter PCB router machine is equipped with high-pixel CCD magnifying lens, auxiliary program teaching and editing functions, which makes the precision higher and more accurate, and the image clearer. The automatic mark point positioning correction system has a real-time display of the moving path and a simulated route tracking. The display is clear at a glance. The automatic alignment correction function has a higher cutting accuracy. As long as the PCB is biased within 3mm, the machine vision can carry out automatic route correction, which relaxes the accuracy requirements of the operator when placing plates, and greatly improves the work efficiency. The left and right workbench copy, block copy, display, multi angle connecting plate copy, single step tracking and modification function and block editing and modification function of the program accurately simplify the time of program production and improve the editing efficiency. The dust collector made of high-power imported fan and 10V high-voltage electrostatic elimination device have more ideal dust collection effect and less noise. Tool life monitoring: after cutting a certain distance, the milling cutter will automatically rise and fall to the position of another uncut blade. The up-down distance and times can be set according to the blade length to extend the service life of the milling cutter.


The transparent safety door design of this PCB router machine makes the processing process clear at a glance. There are two ways to open the door: emergency stop and 50% deceleration for different customers to choose. Emergency stop is to prevent accidents during processing and provide a safe inspection operating environment. The purpose of reducing speed by 50% is to facilitate the programmer to monitor the processing process when making the program. Using two platforms for continuous sliding and switching processing to place PCBs can reduce waiting time and improve output. Cutting PCB board: 350*350mm. Both imported and domestic spindles are provided to meet different customer needs.
