2005, Dongguan factory established, and start producing standard v-cut PCB separators and hot bar soldering machines.

2007, Our products are widely sold in local market.

2012, Start producing customized v-cut depaneling and PCB router.

2014, Expand our sales team for providing better service to more customers.

2015, Start manufacturing laser depaneling machines.

2017, Start manufacturing ;soldering robot and screwdriver machines.

2018, HK company established.
2019, Huizhou factory established, due to expansion.

2020, Business expansion again, products covering PCB depaneling, PCB soldering, screwdriver system, etc. 

2021, Our machines cover all Chinese market and also popular in America, Europe, South Asia, East Asia, etc.


Strict Quality Control Process:

1. When we start a new project, R&D team finish design drawing first.

2. Purchasing team selects suppliers to order raw material and electronics parts.

3. Technical engineers inspect incoming material and parts according to international standards. Unqualified parts and materials will be returned.

4. Warehouse associate receive incoming goods and allow to put in storage.

5. QC engineers inspect the incoming goods and allow production. ;

6. Highly trained workers finish assembly.

7. Electronic control and machinery testing will be done strictly ;by technical engineers.

8. Quality engineer inspects the machines and allow to put in storage. Unqualified machines will be returned to workshop.

9. When clients place order, technical engineers inspect machine functions.

10. Application engineer check and inspect the final machine again.

11. Solid wooden case packaging, ensure that there is no damage during transportation.

12. Logistics associate check packaging and arrange shipment.
