Special pulse heat welding equipment for USB cable welding

USB flat wire pulse welding equipment is used to load a certain pulse voltage on the thermal head to heat the thermal head and heat up the objects connected with it. When the temperature rises to the melting point of solder (i.e. after the temperature rises to the preset temperature), the tin between the objects connected with it is melted and connected together.

It is not only suitable for welding with USB flat cable, but also suitable for welding between flexible flat cable FFC and flexible circuit board FPC or rigid circuit board PCB, welding between TCP and circuit board PCB or flexible circuit board FPC, and welding between flexible circuit board FPC and circuit board PCB.
